During the winter season (1st October - 31st March) we charge a winter surcharge of 500 SEK per apartment.

Pets allowed: 50 SEK per night
Child cot : 75 SEK per night

Rental Policy
The tenant will receive a confirmation by mail and/or post.
Confirmation and these rental conditions together form a lease agreement between the tenant and the owner.
The apartment is available at 15.00 hours for the tenant. On the last day of rental you must leave the apartment before 10.00 hours.
The rent as stated in the confirmation must be paid as follow:
- deposit of 50% when you receive the confirmation;
- the balance, no later than four weeks before the first rental day.
Tenant and his adult companions are liable for all obligations under the lease.
By cancellation, the owner is not obligated to refund the rent because the owner assumes that a tenant has taken out a cancellation insurance.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
Tenant shall pay the cost of replacement or repair if items are broken by action of the tenant and his adult companions. If things are broken, notify the owner. If you omit to pay for replacement of broken items on your departure then you will be sent a bill.
Complaints or other problems should immediately be reported to the owner.
By departure the key to the apartment must be returned to the owner.
If by unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure) the apartment is not available for the agreed rental period, the rent will be refunded in full, the owner's liability is limited to only the refund obligation.
The owner is not liable for any damages that the tenant and his adult companions suffer by any cause related to the apartment, the lease or any other cause.
